Responsibilities:
- Learning and Development: Participate in structured development programs and job rotations to gain exposure to various aspects of the water treatment industry.
- Project Management: Assist in managing environmental protection projects and programs.
- Technical Support: Support the daily operations of equipment or product manufacturing plants and oversee production, and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure operational safety and effectiveness and that the programs being used are in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Communication: Create and present environmental compliance training to companies or communities.
Requirements:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or young executives with less than 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team are also important.
