Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Support sales team by managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals, reporting sales data, managing customer relationships, and filing important documents.
  • Customer Service: Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Inventory Management
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers.
  • Sales Strategy: Work with staff members from other departments such as marketing, operation, and financing to optimize sales.
  • Order Processing: Enter order information into the company database and ensure that orders from customers are met timely and accurately.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience as sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications and software.
  • ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 & OSH ISO 45001:2018 Knowledge
